欧盟外观专利官费上涨！
欧盟外观设计保护制度迎来了全面而深远的变革，新的欧盟外观设计法规已于2024年11月18日正式在《欧盟官方公报》上公布，该法规将于2024年12月8日生效。其中最引人关注的是，新的续展费用将于2025年5月1日起显著上调！
01欧盟外观申请官费上涨
根据官方公布的信息，主要变革内容（2025年5月1日起实施) 包括：

1、取消单一类别限制

属于不同洛加诺分类的产品, 也可以作为系列外观递交。但是,每份申请最多包含50个外观设计。

2、欧盟系列外观申请官费调整

在欧盟系列外观中，首个外观设计官费仍为350欧，但从第2个设计起，官费统一调整为125欧元/个。11个以上的设计，将不再有额外的优惠。

3、欧盟外观续展费用大幅上涨
