Acrosser has announced a fanless dual-core Intel Cedar Trail Atom processor Mini-ITX motherboard.

Mini-ITX is the 170x170mm format pioneered by Via Technologies, another Taiwanese company.

Called AMB-D255T3, the board carries a 1.86GHz D2550n CPU and has one MiniPCIe slot and one PCI for expansion. Memory up to 4Gbyte is through a DDR3 SO-DIMM slot.

“The MiniPCIe slot works with SATA and USB signals that can be equipped with mSATA storage module,” said the firm.

Graphics are through an integrated PowerVR-based Intel 3650 accelerator, and can support dual displays via VGA, HDMI or 18-bit LVDS.

I/O also includes: 6 x COM ports, 6 x USB2.0 ports, 2 x GbE RJ-45 ports, and 2 x SATA ports.
